RSCW accepts any and all people, but it is rather finicky in what it allows. The one thing that rules head and shoulders over anything else in RSCW is in ring ability. If you can't perform at a high level every night, there is no need for you to be there. Flashy and over the top characters abound, but in a sense they all have something to bring to the table of RSCW.

As for promos, Promos for RSCW are a bit more varied. Backstage interviews AND more scenic promos exist in both spectrums.
